Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has sparked mixed reactions online after her comments about marriage resurfaced.
Speaking with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Omotola revealed that there are times she does not feel in love with her husband, Captain Matthew Ekeinde, whom she married in 1996.
She explained that despite those moments, she remains committed to her marriage and honours her vows. Omotola also admitted that she sometimes notices attractive men but chooses to stay committed.
The actress urged couples to stop pretending their marriages are perfect, noting that people should embrace the reality of being human.
Her candid remarks have since generated mixed reactions on X, with some praising her honesty while others criticised her views.
