Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, also known as Iyanya, has explained why he isn’t considering marriage at this time, stating that “marriage is scary for me.”
Years after splitting with Popular Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson, the Kukere hitmaker made this shocking admission while speaking in an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo,
Remember that the singer and the Ghanaian film diva were briefly dating before their relationship ended in 2015 because they scarcely had any time for one another.
The well-known singer and composer claimed that his early experiences had prevented him from easily settling for anything, though.
It’s not that he didn’t want to be married or be in a committed relationship, he just admitted that marriage scared him.
“At the end of the day, you just have to do it, but I won’t stop hoping for a lovely marriage and a lovely home” he said.
Regarding his relationship with Yvonne, Iyanya said:
“She is an amazing person. We still talk when we have the chance to. Cuz the relationship went by doesn’t mean. We talk once in a while.”
