Bayern Munich speaks on signing another striker after Lewandowski’s exit.

Oliver Kahn, the CEO of Bayern Munich, revealed the team has no plans to add another striker after Robert Lewandowski left.

This month, the Polish international left Bayern Munich after eight years and signed with Barcelona for a fee that could top €50 million.

Prior to Lewandowski’s departure, the Bundesliga champions were able to sign Sadio Mane from Liverpool, and head coach Julian Nagelsmann has since revealed that the Senegal star is his preferred centre forward.

In response to rumours that Harry Kane will be available for transfer next summer, which has irked Tottenham manager Antonio Conte, Nagelsmann has acknowledged his admiration for the player, and Kahn has stated that another number nine will not enter the Allianz Arena this transfer window.
